1. Warranty CoverageHiClean Tools, a brand of Hitact Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that its electric pressure washers and accompanying accessories (e.g., nozzles, hoses, foam cannons, and wands) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for the specified warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased from authorized retailers, including Amazon.com.

Electric Pressure Washers: 3-year limited warranty.
Accessories: 90-day limited warranty.

2. What This Warranty Covers

If a defect in material or workmanship is identified during the warranty period, Hitact Inc. will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or equivalent model.
Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable.

All repairs or replacements are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hitact Inc.’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Hitact Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of use, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
